Trainz keeps crashing

I have a issue with TZ2019. I have created a route witch worked but lately, when i enter in Surveyor mode, the route works, when i enter in Drive mode, the whole game crashes. When i restart the game it does the database repair. I had this issue before but when i deleted the session and make a new one, the game worked. Now it does'nt work at all. it keeps crashing and crashing.
I am at the end of my rope, what is to be done?

First go into CM and list faulty assets and see if you have any. If so either delete them or fix errors or disable for the time being. Run an extended DBR (hold down CTRL key and click on database repair.) See how that goes.

Are there any recently worked routs or sessions in the "Open For Edit" box
