Trainz Gallery search broken again ?

Each time I try to search for a picture it always send me back all the pictures existing. I don't know if you had this problem but it's really annoying.

You know what is even more annoying? Posters that don't bother to read the thread first before posting.

Hi guys,

This is not related, but there is another similar bug that is going on since about at least three years :
When you want someone's profile, the "profile hits" don't increment anymore ...

All I can say is that I really hope they fix the Trainz Gallery search again.

It is all a matter of personal priorities. I use the Gallery but not very frequently, maybe a few times during the last 6 months. I have never bothered with user profiles or worrying about the profile hits increasing or not - why is that important?

Given the choice between fixing these issues or getting "glitzy new stuff", the "glitzy new stuff" wins every time!

Since November I haven't been able to upload images to the Gallery; I only used it for an image of my new DLS items presentation.

N3V's response in November:

Good Afternoon
Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately some bugs in the gallery have occurred, due to the way the gallery works, and which our team have unfortunately not been able to resolve. We unfortunately cannot guarantee the gallery will work correctly at this time, and cannot give a timeframe for any changes to this. As such we would currently recommend using a different image hosting service.

Yesterday I tried again to see if they had fixed it, using a JPG image, but it still doesn't work. The response when trying to upload is: "There was an error uploading the form."

From what I've read, you can upload images through the game, but not if you open or drag the image into My Trainz, which is what I do with edited or transformed images.

trainzportal.com appears to be down at the moment 10/0821L US Eastern. They may be trying to fix it, but there have been no other indications of that.

Why is the gallery still not working? it's been an entire day since i initially tried to go there to view my photos but its still down. This is bad cause i can't use my photo for the current photo contest.

Now it goes to a Cloudflare page which shows Cloudflare working but an error at N3V's end. The whole gallery is broken. And they don't see it as a priority to fix. If you need to upload a screenshot you might as well use a free hosting service then post it in the screenshots thread.

Verified, search works correctly. Upload from local files rather than in-game still does not work ("An error occurred... ") Respectfully submit this still needs fixed, now that the server is back up.
