I don't recall seeing these particular shots when TC was being hyped. Oh well.....
Here is my theory. Auran has choosen to make TC to the available to the largest market possible. The only way to do so is to lower the computer specs as much as possible. TC is designed to run on a low end computer but honestly you need a high end computer for Trainz to achieve its potential. The routes in TC necessarily need to be bare bones or they would choke on a low end machine.
Reminds me of the line from the Star Trek movie The Search For Spock
"The needs of the few outweigh the needs of the many."
I am sure, in time, that statement will be true, if not true now considering the continuing advancement in computer technology.:hehe:
