Trainz Is A Mood
Can somebody please make a Back to the Future 4-6-0 with custom cab and custom hornsound? I have been looking for one of them for a while and I already have the American 10 by Gary_Hoom. If so can it be uploaded to the DLS? No Payware.
 
I really love the Back To The Future Series but I would rather get a model of Sierra Railway #3 first before the BTTF engine. So we will have to wait and see if it happens.

Yes, that is basically what you just posted.

Building a decent looking quality asset for Trainz will easily take a few hours, even for someone with some experience.
Building a piece of quality rolling stock for Trainz will easily take tens if not hundreds of hours, even for someone with some experience.

I suggest following the links that RRSignal posted and become that someone ;):wave:.
 
Thanks everyone for those suggestions but really I don't really know how to make something in Blender. Is Gary_Hoom still around? I would love to ask if I could reskin it and post it the DLS.
 
Now it is possible for me to take that out of GTA VC when it is released, but that'd be illegal if done without permission.

I did reskin his American 10 into the movie locomotive. Check some of my videos to see.

Since nobody can get in contact with him, I can't release the reskin.

I will strike a deal with you all. If somebody can make me the wheels needed I will make 5 versions of the engine from BTTF as well as a Sierra Nevada Valley Railroad version.. 1 engine without the tires to protect the delorean. 1. with the tires. 3 with the exploded smoke stack and different smoke colors. 5th model would have steam leaking from the bolt releases. 2 versions of the time train both track mode and flying mode. How does that sound?. I would need alot of help with it though. well mainly just the drive wheels and sounds. I can make the mesh. ive tried making the model before but I wanna redo it anyways.

Cant believe this loco will be modeled. You made a good start. You plan to release it also as the Sierra #3 don't you ? Rail4Pete
 
Yes. In total there will be 6 versions. 1 normal Sierra #3 and the other 5 are from Back to the Future. I will try to make the Jules Verne Train and the railroad version delorean (cant promise anything on that). But, I cant figure out animation. If someone who is good with gmax and animation can make me the drive wheels I can make the textures for the wheels and send it to them
