Trainz 22 not downloading from DLS, login failed

I'm having a problem with 22, when I go to download something from the DLS it says an error message that says Unable to search asset. Unable to write to local storage. Sometimes my login fails authorization and it logs me out. I have a feeling I might have to contact the helpdesk, but I have a second computer with a beefier graphics card and I installed 22 on there and everything seems ok, I might just migrate my files over to the other installation. The computer I had Trainz 22 on some Windows files got corrupted and some system functions don't work. I think the only way I can fix that is to back up all my data and do a complete reinstall of Windows. At least I have my other computer with Win 10 but I got it used on ebay and it shows Windows as not activated although it works. Sometimes the This PC locks up and I have to log out and log in again to fix it, but otherwise that computer works ok.

Try an extended database repair, that normally fixes some things

To perform an extended database repair, hold down the CTRL key, click developer from the Trainz launcher menu and choose rebuild database. Release the CTRL "Control" key

Warning: The EDR will take some time to complete, be very, very, very patient

I tried an EDR, didn't help. If I try to download something it throws up errors and under MyTrainz account it says Authentication failed. Sometimes it logs in but then when I try to download something my account fails again. I have a feeling that my install or something in Windows is corrupted but it works ok on the other computer that I got used on ebay last October for games that require more advanced graphics card, cpu, Win 10, etc. The corrupted computer is about 6 years old. I think the other computer is from a couple years ago. I guess I will use Trainz 22 on the other computer now and move files over that I need.
