Trainz 2012 PC Build

TRS2012 was gifted to me a while ago but i never had a rig to play it on untill now.
Would this be able to play it at a solid, smooth framerate? (40-60+).

AMD 5350 2.05 Ghz Quad-Core
4GB DDR3-1600 RAM
EVGA GeForce 8400GS 1GB Video Card

should work if you dont make the database too big that is where i seem to have gotten into trouble. Meaning dont try to empty the DLS of all TS12 stuff. just pick what suits your interests and leave it at that.
