Issues with TRS2010. [1] Why doesn't my FCT show up on the download menu? [2] Why can't I download SP 1 and SP 2 for 2010? [3] Why doesn't other content besides the Default items show up in CMP? [4] Why can't a highly hyped program behave and respond as advertised? [5] Why is no URL or eMail address given for the Helpdesk? Auran used to be so much more helpful and supportive of its customers. I go back to Trainz and Trainz UC and all the versions since.

[1] If you just bought your FCT, it can take up to 48 hours to kick in; [2] Check "Auran Announcements", you'd find the links to SP1 and SP2. Here's a hint: On most message boards, really important stuff like board rules, common issues, or stickies for things everyone should know are at the top; [3] I can't answer this, besides suggesting you make sure you don't have filters set to limit what you can see; [4] For me, and plenty of other people, TS2010 works fine; [5] The Helpdesk link is at the top of every page in this forum.
