Trainz 2010 Won't run

Did computer upgrade to quad processor and on processor video. 8GB ram. Install trainz 2010 into 2009 folder. Short cut on desktop, Click 1st page comes up with Start, Options, Content Mgr, etc everything looks fine. Click Content Mgr and it loads, Click options it loads, Click START either from the opening screen or from Content mgr ad it comes up as an error and will not play. Ver 42203. Have another trainz install at 49933 on a separate HDD. Going to that folder from explore and click on trainz.EXE same thing happens. My thinking is it should start from that file regardless of any other files on the computer. HELP

What exactly is the error message, word for word?

Says Trainz has encountered a problem and needs to close In white box to send error report. Three things it is trying to send is registry .txt, errorlog.tx, crash.dmp
