Trainz 2010 Updating Content/Assets

I have 1200+ assets that need updating. I have tried using CM to update these assets and I cant find a way to do it. These are built in assets. I find it ridiculous that I have to sit and click on each individual asset from within the Trainz Menu to get these content updated. Is there an easier way? Thanks!
