Yes I do, at first there was teething problems but these days It works very well, but if I use explorer 10 or the email app, with TS12 running in the background the screen locks up and I have to abort.

update: i tried deleting the game and then rerunning the set up but it did not work, i am giving up for tonight

Yep! this game can be a real bitch at times but we still keep coming back for more pain.
It looks like you will have to redownload the game, but one thing I would like to ask first is, What did trainzdiag.exe say when it finished installing? did the diagnostics give your computer a clean bill of health with a full row of ticks? if you need to run this again you will find it in the Bin folder of TS10 just click on trainzdiag.exe, if it comes up with a problem, post it on here.

yeah, that;s the truth (and i haven't even been able to play the game!) it gave my coumputer the full row of ticks, i will try and redownload the game tommorow. p.s thank you for your help

don,t forget to use a download manager, the servers N3V use are notoriously bad and it's best to avoid doing it at the weekends as half of the servers will have crashed out by then, but thats your decision to make with what ever amount of bandwidth you have allotted to you.

any week day when the N3V team are not on holiday, beware of the Auszi bank holidays and the dreaded ten days at Christmas. Today would be a good day!
