Trainz 2010 Service Pack 3

I have a copy of Trainz 2010, and downloaded a couple of services packs for it to work right, and my Build Number right now is 44088.

But there is one pack needed to download, which would turn my build number from 44088 to 49933. But I don't know what changes besides the ones Auran mentioned will be made in it. Will it remove the compatibility mode like Service Pack 4, or will it stay as Service Pack 4 is only for build number 46170?

I have ts2010 patched to build no. 49933. Compatibility Mode is still there.
