I purchased Trainz 2010 a month ago and when I check the status it says it is payed for but it has not been shipped. Does anyone know of a problem with shipments?

OK, so I posted a ticket over three weeks ago and nothing. I just did another yesterday. Now it is almost 2 months since I paid for Trainz 2010 EE and not even a projected delivery date. All I ever heard was "We are busy". If Auran can't ship, why do they take orders? A visit to the Better Business Bureau will be my next step.
