Trainz 2010 EE Order

How does one get the attention of Auran about an order for 2010 made on Jan 7, paid for, and never received? I did received an email on Jan 24 saying the order was delayed, the program was being "made" in the states and would be shipped in two weeks. That's a month ago! I've sent emails, asked the "help desk" several times and received no response. It's order number 258018-385610-109058 in case Auran reads their own forum. I know they don't answer emails or help desk. Anyone else been here?

To contact Auran use the help desk button on the top toolbar of the forum page to post a help ticket!
I ordered TS2010 Dec 31, 2009 and just today recieved a reply that shipments from thier US supplier should begin next week.

Thank you for the input. Pretty bad when you have to rely on another customer rather than the company for information. Maybe I'll receive an email too, but I doubt if I will. Thanks again.

My copy of TS2010:EE arrived in the USPS mail to-day from a distrubutor in NJ.
Evidently shipping has finally begun to USA customers, Check your order status on Plant Auran.

I am previewing the accompanied short manual first before installing and will look to see if there is a complete manual in the files.:udrool:

I received an email saying mine was shipped yesterday evening. I bought it on the 11th of January so evidently shipping has begun and yours should be on the way soon. Mine was shipped from NJ as well.

The manual in the case is all the manual it's got. There are tutorials on how to run locomotives and do other stuff too. Many of those are from earlier versions and thus will not be shown by default due to the favorites filter (gold star) on the route screen. The manual does have useful info though since it'll also tell you how to turn off the Surveyor favorites filter so you don't have to come back here and post about it. (Or if you don't want to read you could try searching the forums for the word favorites and look in threads complaining about missing stuff.)
