Having had a few problems with the version already installed, most notably the portals showing errors on a new install, I was thinking of downloading the files from the server again.
Just wondering if those downloads have all the Service Packs already included.
The reason I ask is that the files I already had on backup, which is what I used to install recently, were version 43434, which is SP3.
Then, on the website, I notice patches for SP3 HotFix which takes it to version 44088, and then another SP3 patch which takes it to 49933.
On top of that, there's another service pack (SP4) which doesn't seem to be relevant because it's from a build number that's not achievable from any of the patches (another publisher, perhaps?).
On the recent install, I used the auto patcher, which gave errors before finishing, and is probably the cause of my problems now, so I'm looking to do it manually this time, and without errors.
If the files on the server are all-inclusive, then I'll download them.
Otherwise, I'll disable all my security, run them as admin, and hope for the best.
Auran/N3V have always been a nightmare with installations and patches compared to other software, and I've never worked out why.
As usual, any help much appreciated.
