Trainz 2006-2009 memory

my computer has 5gb. of system memory

After I load trainz 2006 it tells me I have 4.85 GB. of system memory
After I load trainz 2009 it tells me I have only 255 MB. of system memory.
It takes 1 GB. or 1,000 MB. to run trainz 2009 properly.

The question is, why is it telling me i have only 255 MB. of system memory when i have 5 GB. of system memory.

Do you have any other games beside those?

What part is saying that? If it's the setting in the options menu, you can easily set this up to 2GB
