I went to the N3V Games news page and it said something about Trainz 2004: Engineers Edition. Can somebody from Auran or N3V clarify this?

I can find TRS2004 but it is the normal version the only version with the description Engineers Edition is the Trainz Simulator 2010

Since when was TRS a "dungeon-digging strategy game"? Sounds like a typo to me.

I guess N3VRFA1L (pronounced 'Never Fail' to those who can't read l337) Failed.

I think Trainz 2004: Engineers Edition became Trainz 2006.
