Trainz 12, digital download problems

I bought the digital download option 5 days ago with the discount voucher. Since then, the option to DL the files has not been available or the files not find able. I'll either get the "If the dl manager is not available refresh in 5 minutes" message, or if I can click the files do DL the window that pops up says the ftp site for the files can't be found.

Anyone else have this issue with an easy fix? Or is it time I contact Auran?

Whatever is the case, you should contact Auran about it. Contact the helpdesk and up the priority: You cant play the game you payed for.

Well, 3 computers, 2 networks, and 2 proxies later, I was able to dl the files.

Can't say it was as easy as it should have been, but whatever I guess now.

Well, if anyone else has similar problems, even contacting Auran might not get you anywhere. I originally received a delayed delivery response. Then finally, today, I get this.
