Trains not moving or disappearing in driver

Hello, i went to drive Paul Hobbs A1 this morning on Trainz 2012 build 61388 but it seems to either disappear in driver or the controls (DCC or cab) dont appear on screen despite no errors in Content Manager or in driver and the model it self working with this build before.

I'm honestly stumped on this.

Its been a long time since I used TS12 but, sorry if you have already done this, have you checked the Driver Setup rule to see if that train has been assigned a driver or is even added to the driver list?

it does that by default but today, after another failed attempt to drive the A1, it for some reason now refuses to delete the train in surveyor
