Train speed limit by priority type

Is there a way to set speed limit by train priority? I had to install 10mph speed limits at the entrance to passengers stations because the passenger trains (Priority 2) kept overshooting or bypassing the stations after installing Trains+ build 123794. However, I would like freight trains (Priority 1) to roll through the station area at the normal speed limit, ignoring the 10mph limit.

There's an invisible speed sign from BPanther that does this. Find it on the DLS.
