TPR Download question

I went over to Trainz Pro Routes to grab the Tidewater Point GP38 pack to put into 2009. The file is there, it shows someone downloaded it this morning but after logging in and trying it I got a message that I was not authorized to download it. I tried several other files on the site and had no problems. Anybody have any insight to this problem?

Perhaps that's because your Stations list shown above your forum posts does not show TS2009 as one of your registered versions?
Suggest check either with MyTrainz or with Helpdesk.
(Mind you - I also have TS2009 as a result of the recent promotion offer and it doesn't show on my timeline either...)

Trainz version shouldn't matter. The only requirement to download at TPR is to register. I've downloaded the files in the past, I just don't have the .cdps anymore.

Did you use the correct log-in details? If I recall correctly, TPR requires separate registrations for the forums and for the download area; did you perhaps type in your forum credentials by mistake?

Yup, I'm getting the same error. "Not authorized to download" for TWP GP38-2 (2 Pack) by wolf_9 <kuid2:104722:1108:3>

I checked the Rail America GP38-2 3821 also at TPR and it downloaded without problems.

Yes. Logged in correctly, was able to download other items on the site with no problems. It's not a big deal, if I didn't get the free copy of 2009 I wouldn't have bothered. It is one of my favorite paint schemes and seeing that Tidewater Point was one of the routes in 2009 made me a bit nostalgic. I do wish the locos could be updated and brought forward.

Just checked for myself and was able to download the file without any problems. File size is about 9Mb. (Tidewater_Point_Rail_GP38-2_Pack_v203.cdp)
I agree, it is a great paint scheme too.

Still not working for me. What made this file unable to be downloaded?

EDIT: Never mind, I got it working for me. Seems the file is stored in a separate area than the rest of the downloads, so it can only be accessed if you're logged in on both the forums and the download depot.
