Tornado

I believe it's Trainz+ only, which requires you to subscribe to either Trainz+ gold or Trainz+ standard to access it. I have Trainz+ standard, and it appears for me in the content manager content store.

I really don't know how to answer that one! You are asking the wrong person ;)

As far as I can see, the price is for both Trainz Plus 'Standard' and 'Gold' if it had been a newly released DLC both Trainz Plus members get DLCs at a discount price.
It can't be purchased for NON-Trainz Plus members!
 
Yes, without any doubt the priority is to make money for both the author of the product and N3V Games. Just having a guess, there 'could' be some sort of agreement between the author of the product and N3V Games to keep the product as part of N3V Games Trainz Plus subscription services. I really wouldn't know how to explain it!

There are other products on the Trainz Store that is only for TRS22 or requires only Trainz Plus Membership, again it must be some sort of an agreement between the author of the product and N3V Games. The only one that could explain this better is N3V Games themselves, I maybe getting everything confused or incorrect but overall that's just how I see it or assume how it works.
 
Well, I don't quite remember how I came by them, but I seem to have acquired the Tornado package which I vaguely think was when I bought either 2019PE or 2022PE, it was offered free.

Edit - Just checked back in emails. It was offered free for TS3 on Aug 18 2021. -

Very interesting! I have TRS22PE and when I filter to 'All Content' this shows all content that I own and do not own, payware and freeware.
Status for all listed below: Not Installed, Payware (Not Active) and Not Installed, Newer version available, Payware (Not Active).

I have checked my purchases via the 'Content Store' and there is nothing that states, that I own the Tornado products by either Auran or ILIOSIN
I have also checked using the 'Installed' filter and searching for Tornado comes back as 0 results.

As I stated above, it's for Trainz Plus members and not for TRS22/TRS22PE stand alone.

Check my edit in the previous post. It was offered free for Pre-ordering TS3.

The Tornado DLC is currently exclusive to TrainzPlus and TrainzPlus Gold members, as is outlined in the Trainz Store. So as to display the membership exclusive DLCs in the Content Store correctly, these need to be displayed in the Trainz Store. However Shopify requires a price be shown (and since they aren't free, they are exclusive to a paid product, we can't mark them as free), and as such a price is displayed in the store, along with information that it is exclusive to the membership subscriptions.

We may offer this for purchase in the future, or as a part of a future Trainz product, however at the current time it is exclusive to TrainzPlus and TrainzPlus Gold memberships.
