Hi, could you please explain what you meant by changing the time in the sessions via the setup menu? I can't seem to find it.

When you setup a session, there is a setup parameters for the session. This is found under the Driver Session setup. It's connected to the same screen where you setup the commands for the AI drivers.
Scroll down the display and you'll see the environment setup where you can change the clock speed, weather, time, and season for your session.

Oooopsy, my bad.
I think I gave the wrong impression about the sessions. I'm not trying to create a session, I'm not that smart. What I was wanting to know, is it possible to change the clock on a session that came with TS12? Specifically, the Tehachapi session. And if it is possible, how would I go about it? I really want to see the whole trip in the daylight, not at night.

If you open the session in Surveyor you will be able to edit the session rules, select from the dropdown menu or one of the buttons top left of screen.
One of the rules is Startup Rule usually the first on the list, select it then click on edit,
You will be given a list of options including start time, set this to the time you want the session to start, then click on the tick at the bottom of the screen and the next one to get back to the map.
Then save the session under a new name and you are ready to go.
