you cant submit a ticket for this type of thing they clearly state support tickets are for product purchases

it needs to be posted as a forum thread

i posted 3 times becuase it wont let me add a reply to my original post

then

i needed to add the screenshot and because it wont let me add a reply to the orig post i gotta post a new post
 
Perhaps they cut off many pages at the beginning? As I look at page 945, it has July and August posts for this year, so appears to be current.
 
Just put in a support ticket.

Tell them the exact thing that is wrong with your permissions. Be detailed without complaining or leaving room for discussion. They know some permissions didn't get set yet, so they are working on that and have fixed a lot of things.
If you are in doubt, feel free to blame me (as in "that moderator which name starts with an O") for sending you to the Helpdesk to get this fixed.
