TMR2017 Basemapz

I have an issue with Basemapz and TMR 2017.I have successfully installed Basemapz,I can download and load a plan ok.My problem is that when I lay track it is only visible in the zoomed out position. When I zoom in the track has gone only the white circles are left. I have reinstalled everything, my computer far exceeds the required specs so it should work.I would appreciate any help .

This sounds like a layers problem.

Ensure your track is placed on the route layer and you've continued to build on the route layer. If you edited the session instead of the route, then go into the route, this will occur.

At the route menu, click on the route, then click on edit/create session on the bottom, or double click on the route to go to the session editing screen.

Open the route in Surveyor.

You should see your tracks.

Click on the layers - they are the icon that has pieces of paper on them.

Click on merge, and take the session layer and merge with the route layer.

Save, exit and from now on edit the route instead of the session.
