Trainz Model Railroad 2 (TMR2) has been added to the checkbox for TRS22 on the search area of the DLS website. That must mean that the official release is coming soon. I assume that it will be compatible with TRS22 routes as well. I wonder if it will have Surveyor 2.0.

Looking at the video in slow motion in order to see the menu dropdowns, Surveyor 2 is not included. Looks to be TRS22 Standard with lots of model railroad themed content included. It does look very nice. I will likely buy it for the routes if I don't already own them.

Videos that flash images around at high speed aren't exactly user friendly to anyone with eyesight issues. I had to slow it right down before I could see what was going on.

I couldn't agree more. Sadly, this was the trend on YouTube for a long time. Thankfully, it is being used less often in flavor of more television like content.

Back in the day, I think I remember they eventually created a bundle we could add into our normal T:ANE, but my memory may be faulty. I would like to get the routes and sessions and other assets without having to install another complete product.

I might buy it. Going to wait until after release for any patches for bugs, as I'm sure there will be just as many a TRS22 has, LOL.
From the video it seems only philskene and one other Trainzer have layouts included.

.. steam says : included layouts :
* new haven industrial -- by hiawathamr
* wattz & voltz interurban -- by philskene
* datsun junction -- by scratchy
* santa fe, needles district 2.0 -- by approachmedium
.. they are all included in trainz plus .. also was it a free gift for pc & mac during the christmasdays (2024-12-23) .. now available in the store separated .. $24.99 each ..

Actually, I went back to the N3V emails at the time and none of them said anything about it being free. At the time they were offering some locomotives or rolling stock each day, and I got those. The mention of TMR said "Coming January 2025".

.. as my memory is leaking, i take screenshots .. mostly to remember what will remain from all the "gifts" and "previews", when i end my yearly membership ..
maybe this screenshot is incomplete and interpreted incorrectly and i have to scroll down for the "real" gift ..
more important is the fact, that "model railroader edition" aka tmr2 was ".. just released on steam .." at 23 dec '24 and that ".. trainz plus users have access to all model railroader routes .."..
so, for me, trainz plusser, it was a "gift" i already have = "paid for it" .. like all the other "free gifts" ..
