TLR ENABLED?

WHY when I create a new session does Living Railroad come up ENABLED...
MESSES EVERYTHING UP.
Can't find a way to DISABLE in Surveyor.

As far as I know you cannot enable or disable TLR in Surveyor. It is a Trainz Plus Driver feature.

In Driver open the Window Menu (2nd last menu icon)
Select Session Options
If the setting Living Railroad Dispatch is set to Enabled, then click it to set it to Disabled
Save the Session

Must be quick pware before scheduler schedules.
WE NEED A RULE so it is DISABLED at start.

It is disabled by default in all the sessions that I have created.

Was Disabled in mine too UNTIL I turned it on once when running a session. Now Enabled EVERY new session I make.
