Time Out

Hi,

I set up Green Hills with four commuter trains on auto and a variety of industry consists to drive myself. Things were going fine untill I noticed things were getting darker - and - darker, when with the time showing 18.30 completely dark! I've looked for a way to resolve this without starting over without success, do I have to play the game in pitch black for 12 hours untill the sun comes up at 6am?

Is there a way when setting up in surveyor I can stop this happening? Not being too clever, it takes me ages to set things up the way I want them and driving in the dark isn't what I had in mind. Have read the manual etc but can't figure this out, no matter what I do the clock starts at 10am and starts counting.

You can change start time using Startup Options in surveyor.

If you want to change time in Driver try "Set_Driver_Conditions_Rule", allows you to set time, weather, cab mode or DCC.

Add in surveyor session, press on screen icon in Driver to adjust settings.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there a way to adjust the speed at which the time advances in game? Through the Session Settings?

Yes there is. But this rule lets you reset the time and change the speed of time passing while still in driver mode.
