time frame for support to respond to submitted support ticket query?

Welcome to the forums.

It normally depends on the nature of the ticket, but for simple ones they normally reply within 24-48 hours (although if the ticket is filed on a Friday, it can take a day or two longer as they don't work on a weekend).

Hi Shane and Oknotsen, Thank you for the welcome. So what does one do if they have not responded. I created one on 11-Oct. Do they have an email address or alternative way to reach them? Thank you.

If it's been a week, then reply to your own ticket with a request for attention, pointing out the time delay so far. That seems to bump it up the queue a bit.

Hello BuilderBob.

Thank you for responding to my post. I followed your directions and replied to my own support ticket. I guess, we will wait and see when I receive a reply from the support team. It's currently been over a week not including the weekends.

Thank you again.

What is the nature of your problem? Perhaps we can help assist you here.

And... welcome!

Hi John. Sorry for the delay. I have not yet heard from the support team. I will message you with some of the details in the next few days. Thanks for responding to my posting and for the warm welcome.

Dekonku,

Rather than mailing people individually, post you problem here. There is a very good chance the community can help.

Also, if you can, please register you copy of Trainz. That way we can see you have a legal copy.

Chris

I agree with Chris, providing the problem is not related to problem serial numbers. If it's a serial number problem or certain account related problems, only N3V can help.

Shane

Yes, please do post your problem here unless of course it has to do with registration, then yet we can sometimes help as well with that too unless it has something to do with the server side of things.

I watch for your post.

John
