Tilting problem

I saw this thread a long time ago, and i didnt remember it until now......

Its about how to make the monorails tilt in the game using the banking consist rule..... however, no matter what i try they will not bank...... so can anyone explain this more clearly so i can see what i am missing...... Pictures wouuld help alot (make sure im clicking the right thing)
