I found this in Philadelphia while tracing a rail line on Google Maps.

It says "Union Pacific Railroad".

I noticed that if you go to street view you can see the ROW go close to the condominiums, however, the only way to see any action on the mainline is to look out the bathroom windows on the right-end apartment, closest to the to street corner.

There was a time when anyone could submit edits to Google Maps including new businesses, changes to roads, parks, etc. The edits were supposed to be peer-reviewed and the approved ones would show up in Maps. Due to some abuse and failures in the peer-review system Google has now changed this procedure & you must become an approved editor before you can edit the maps. I would not be surprised if this isn't someone's own doing back when it was possible.
