Thinking about get TS12 but do I need TS10 in order to enjoy it!? I remember when I believe Classic came out and basically was missing a crap load of content because it was in the older version of Trainz. I really don't want to have to go through that.

No, we're not changing the format of the content. We're just providing it to TS12 registered users only.
