I'm not an evil person at the end of the day it's just I believe in folks showing a bit of courtesy in asking first . 30 seconds to write me an email asking if it's OK and I wouldn't of had a problem with it 
What folks do in the privacy of there own home is up to them be it illegal or not but there's too many folks now just not bothering to take time out to adhere to what the Licensing agreement states and then just throwing it up on the net dangling it in front of the original author.
I have on numerous occasions took the time out to ask authors if I can reskin there work (including you WEN) and have usually received the OK (and probably gained a little respect along the way) , there have been times when authors have said no and I've also had to respect that.
