didn't babylon 5 have a interstellar corp and there's always the federation .something we can use anywhere as our theoretical corporate bosses.this would also give all our layouts a reason for being

I look into babylon 5, etc since there's always websites and see what they got, etc ....

As for Star Trek, assuming that's what you meant by Federation, I am into the idea of it for the Marsz Project, tho, I like the tv and movies, etc!!!

However, taken us out of Marsz will be very fun I think, but time consuming in creating the items and stuff for it all ... Just imagine there's an Earth-like Planet we find (In real life NASA have found Earth-like planets, somewhat), and we colonized it, etc ... it has the right atmosphere, and we can lay down traditional tracks, a few bases here and there, etc ...but the sky is different, somewhat, etc .. lol ... I mean, we can really have fun with it all ---

It's all work in progress but we will get there!!!

Good Morning Colonists, LOL

Took a break from the PC yesterday, and I needed it - LOL :wave:

Things are moving slowly, but we are getting there -- SP1 and it's issues slowed me down, and in fact, that is one reason I did not turn on the PC yesterday -- Needed to reflexe, since I lost a NASA model in 3dmax when T12 frozed, and I was forced to restart the pc, a few days ago! Might have to re-installed T12, without SP1, etc ... afterall!

Anyhow, miner update - not Marsz related!!

Ben created this bridge which I saw on a picture, and send to him a couple of weeks ago -- It's a bridge that can be use for any layout!

In many ways, we can have many type of routes via modules, and still keep the scific theme --- since we are leaving Marsz, I am thinking of a rocky and volanic world where we can mine ore, coal, or other minerals, etc .. LOL :hehe: I have the sky and textures made; But T12 issues kind of throw my rhythm off --- I did a restall without SP1 so getting back to normality here! :wave:

on my moon the theme is the moon broke away from the earth--as some science people believe thus all the minerals on earth should be on the moon. this makes it easy to justify mining as well as materials to build whatever i want but mars will be something else again

Yes, a few billion years ago scientists believed that the Moon was part of Earth -- Due to an asteroid smashing into Earth that it shattered part of the planet, thus forming the moon!
