The Lego Train Project!

I think I have a stupid idea in my head:
What if you could download a Lego rendering program (LDraw, Bricksmith, etc) and you downloaded say the Maersk Train (https://grabcad.com/library/lego-creator-maersk-train-10219-1) and you then converted that to a 3ds (or what ever) mesh which you imported to GMAX which you then exported as .im, then fitted the textures and stuff on? I'm probably just dumb though. Hope this helps:wave:

Amazing that two people can have the same idea

All right folks - let's calm things down a bit. It is not against the COC to announcement aspirations to build something. Points have been made about the task ahead - let's leave it at that and everyone play nicely together or we'll put you in the naughty corner.

THanks

I've been nice for the most part. So you can't put me in the naughty corner. Also, I can't post pics of my project on here. Nothing works, can someone give me a hand?

To post pictures, you need to upload your screenshots (pictures) to a website such as Host then post. www.hostthenpost.com

Once your image, pictures, or whatever you want to call it, is uploaded, you copy the text located in the section for posting images on forums. You need to read the website carefully to find this line.

Once you get the image information copied, you then paste it here in a forum post.
