Trainweb hosts Hobo's Hornsounds. Never had any problems with it and whenever you request it you can get more bandwidth.

For my webhosting needs, I use Awardspace, which so far has been reasonable, and if it is due to go down, they usually warn you in advance (unless it's a Denial of Service attack).

Also, their support people are normally quick for getting back to you.
