For a moment I got the 'Error 404' page of doom while trying to go onto this venerable forum and I thought, 'NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IT'S DEAD!'





And then it worked. And I found out auran was changing servers or something.

Helpdesk hasnt been touched yet, could have just been a glitch. I have just checked it myself and its up.

Thanks Spiffy but I just this second checked it and when I fill in my username and password I am immediately taken to this page:

http://support.auran.com/index.php

which is totally blank.

EDIT: I just checked with IE and it does the same thing. I cleared history, cookies, and deleted the saved password for the Helpdesk. Same results.

EDIT2: I checked with two other computers - same results; so it can't be just the computer.
