Is they a way to stop the bell from ringing each time you sound the horn on some locos and also from stop it ringing when the horn stops and not need to press the bell button all the time

For GEVOs, it is real for the bell to be engaged when the horn is blown. If you want it to stop, run it in TRS 2010. That function does not work.

Most modern locomotives in the US activate the bell when the horn is blown. This is just how they are made.
