Texturing a rocky cliff face.

Hi folks. I have a mountain with trees and a bare rocky cliff that I'm trying to accomplish. I'm sort of trying to get like Mt Tibrogargan in the Glasshouse Mountains in QLD. Not trying to get it to look exactly like Gorilla Mountain but a loose representation.

What's the best way to achieve a rocky cliff face, the types of textures used etc. Could someone recommend a route where someone has created a great cliff face.

Have a look at Bluff Rock on my Armidale to Wallangarra route. Just south of Tenterfield.
