Texture Streaming Option Missing?

I've recently upgraded to Trainz 2019 SP2 (build 110491), and a couple of the options under the 'Settings/Performace' tab seem to have gone missing. Specifically, the option to turn off texture streaming. Can you please advise where this has been relocated to?

Think it has moved to :
Launcher [Trainz settings] then the [Dev] tab
then there is a roll out at Compatibility mode
the options are:
-Maximise compatibilty
-Stream objects <---------
-Show errors on legacy calls


When SP1 came out it was default on texture streaming here, had to turn it off,
cause it loaded my trains a little faster but with incomplete and ugly textures.
so i dont miss the streaming. the best thing i did was put my "local" folder
on a very fast M2.SDD
