Texture File Missing

I have more than a few assets with the following error type error message:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Auran\TS2009/local/hash-20\content mygfsv0c2078\2baycoveredhopper_body/darkmetal-steer_op.texture

This assets is 2BayCoveredHopper WC 84929 LARS <kuid2:56063:102805:1>

There is no "local" sub directory in the Parent Folder also when I open the asset in Explorer there is no mention of the above file.

I downloaded that hopper and there is NO error message, just a Warning. Here is the message:
Warning: The *.texture.txt file is missing for texture resource '2baycoveredhopper_body/darkmetal-steer_op.texture'.

For warnings you don't have to do anything.

Or run Pev's texture2tga application. It should create a testure.txt file for you.
