which version are you doing this in (06, 09 or 12)?
...and do you just want to raise lower the track or do you also want the ground to also raise / lower?

I'm using Trainz 2012, and I want the track to raise and ground to be there.

Like if the track is elevated or approaching a bridge.

Josef,

Connect the track to the higher bridge, and then smooth the terrain underneath. You can control the grade by specifying the grade percentage and apply that to the segments.
