Terrain forming - KB shortcut

I have previously read a post and now I search & cannot find it, related to a KB shortcut for terrain forming 'on the fly'.
Anyone know the KB shortcut or point me to the post?

Keyboard commands are listed in the \\..Program Files\N3V Games\TS12\UserData\settings\keyboard.txt file. The one you're interested in is alt ctrl shift p. Hit ESC to stop it.
