TC Route Building competition LAST WEEK

Hi All,

Just a reminder that this is the last week in the Trainz Classics Route builder competion. This is a great oppertunity for anyone to be rewarded for there content. The rules can be found at http://www.trainzclassics.com/TCRules_.htm and remember first prize is US$1000. Please send all entries to trainzcomp@auran.com. Also if you can post the kuid number of the entry here along with its name if you are having troubles with the e-mail system i'll count that as a submission for now.

Look forward to seeing the entries we already have a few good ones too.

I just noticed something very interesting in the competition rules.

The Train Classics Route Builders Competition is open and free to anyone who...

(c) is a legal resident of one of the following jurisdictions: the United States (except Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana and Vermont)

That only cuts off about a fifth of the whole country

Perhaps it is because...

...those States may fall under the following clause:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Trainz Classics Route Builders Competition is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW AND IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND OTHER LAWS

Some States have strange laws about these kinds of things.....but that is just a guess on my part.

Auran legal probably researched this.....thus the exemption of those 9 States.
