TANE "Unable to download asset file not available on server"

I keep getting this error whenever I try to download anything off of the DLS. Any help would be appreciated. I havent even got to play the game yet but I have 19 hours on steam just trying to fix this.

Did you registered your game ? Because it doesn't appears on your timeline so that's the reason if you have troubles you can contact the helpdesk

Have you entered your user name and password in the trainz settings, internet tab?
