RayTracing is in Trainz Road Map

DX11 has ray tracing in it. It works quite well. The only reason for DX12 was that it is a requirement for XBox only games.

Ray tracing will push GPUs hard which builds up more heat. Trainz isn't great with optimizations and frankly there are bugs that should be squashed before anything else is added. Why should Trainz become like DT TSW (nothing is fixed but new content is the norm?

Dog Turd Games are far worse than N3V. TSW is not a hobby it is a very shallow game, i know as i own it.

Things I like about TSW is you don't need a subscription to use the latest version and the 'upgrade' from 5 to 6 cost me £0.

I don't care for davetail either. Trainz doesn't need to make zombie apocalypse DLC to stay in the eyes of the masses if you humbly ask me

Yeah and the updates break more than they fix. Plus DLC prices are robbery.
