T:ANE (in development) screenshots...

Been awhile since I posted shots here. Decided to run some trains on my favorite JR route.

I've found with HF2 that people shadows are not present at the "Low" Shadow setting but are present at the "High" setting. This is with the "People Western... " assets on pencil42's Generic Platforms, this might possibly be asset dependent.

I changed my shadow settings to high to see what would happen regarding the swans and yep, the swans now have shadows. :)

Thanks Although I rarely enter the competitions threads anymore, I hardly win it anyway. Thanks for the complement on the shot. I love taking shots in the early mornings and TANE certainly knows how to make things look magical in the mornings.

" ... see shadow and reflection on the water."

I agree. Absolutely. Occasionally I revert to TS12 but it seems so flat and lifeless without the shadows and reflections.

About to leave for work soon (its a snow storm out there today and I got to work in, what fun) so I decided to post these shots.

Yes, they are. There are TS12 versions of IntenCity (as seen in the video clip) and DowntownTraction (the traction route).

However, the TS12 versions are not model trainz - they were originally done as fictitious routes that follow prototypical practice.

Wallangarra, Queensland; 1964.

PB15 508; northern interloper from Rockhampton normally based in the Central Division gathers steam after assisting an overloaded goods as banker from Warwick. It will return as a banker on a return goods back to Roma Street which it will be sent back to its home depot dead.

In am rather proud to see my PB in TANE and with all the steam effects; make it worth while purchasing the new version.

Union Pacific GTEL #18 rumbles past with a long freight at 7:00 AM. Right on time. (This took over 2 hours to set up due to lag, but I think it's beautiful!)

A small butterfly flutters among the wild flowers as the Ka thunders passed in the late afternoon.

The Da class diesel introduced into NZ between 1955- 1967 replaced a number of steam loco's of that time.
