T:ANE for Mac: odd graphics?

HI, I'm evaluating T:ANE for Mac and I believe there's something wrong, at least on my ATI 5770 at 2560x1080. Please check the attached image and let me know if it is just my sensation or the tires are not perfectly round. They look oval. Isn't that wrong?

Adjust the aspect ratio and screen resolution of the game. I'm not sure how this is done in T:ANE since I've not purchased it yet.

Your aspect ratio should be 16:9 and T:ANE's set screen resolution should be 2560x1080, the same as your monitor.

Basically, T:ANE is defaulting to either a 4:3 aspect ratio, making the image on-screen appear stretched.

Thanks for your reply. 2560x1440 is a 16/9 perfect aspect ratio. I'm going to try different resolutions if I can find other video settings at 4/3 and see what happens.

this confirms same aspect ratio problem on MAC version. PC version has this issue.
