Switching From 3 Numbers On Locos To 4 Numbers REQUEST

I thought I read somewhere on this forum that there is someone who can switch a 3 digit loco to a 4 digit loco. Could you PM me when possible? I have a GP15 that has only a 3 digit capacity and need it to be put on 4 digits. Unless you can tell me how to do that myself. Then that will save me time.

Two ways, simple way just add the first digit as paint. The better way you need to add a mesh and I do not know how you do that on a Mac.
