sw1 milw 866 missing dependencies

sw1 milw 866 missing dependencies how can I fix it ? I re-install ts2010 and insert this cdp file akd it doesn't download the kuid from download station .One month ago in previous installation of ts2010 it was working ,I have the same the with a lot of my cdp files .Can any one tell me a solution Thanks
