Surveyor was unable to commit it to the Trainz Asset Database. Any help please?

I'm editing the built in Marias Pass Approach route by replacing the LP crossings to bnsf50's version and replacing the signals to Safetrans and eachtime when I try to save to route, I get the error message "Session was saved successfully but Surveyor was unable to commit it to the Trainz Asset Database. This task can be completed in Content Manager." Any solutions?

Choose 'Launch trains'
Your last session will be committed.

Try a save as and overwrite the same name.

He says in his first post that it is "built-in". Wouldn't he have to close it first before trying to modify anything?

Interesting you mention that Bill. Makes me wonder if the route has some form of protection (via the permit-commit tag) that prevents it being committed.
